Derby? Well the action on the street might be just as much fun. Phonecam users were in evidence...Traffic jammin': "On a day when a 50-1 long shot won the Kentucky Derby, the cruising on Broadway was almost as amazing.
By 5 p.m. traffic had backed up several blocks east of Fourth Street -- the supposed eastern edge of the cruising zone -- with cars thumping hip-hop music loud enough to shake the asphalt under their tires.
Scantily clad women hung out of car windows and gyrated to the music; one stood in the car window in her high heel shoes and stretched the string of her thong so men standing on Broadway could see what she was wearing under her shorts."
